The website has been designed for use by all residents of Lakeview of Culpeper with exception of a few password protected fields. For example, fields found on the HOA page are restricted to authorized HOA and Management personnel. No passwords will be issued to unauthorized users. Who has access to the password protected areas of the site? Only the site sponsor and team assistants have access to password protected areas of the website. What type of events or advertisements can be posted? You may post an event or announcement to the website which you wish to share with your neighbors. We have designed specific pages for certain events and specific types of postings. Events such as a birthday, wedding, births or a neighborhood party are among the types of events which can be posted. How do I/we post events to the website? To post an event first choose the appropriate area in which you would like the event or announcement to appear. Fill out the resident information and follow the simple online instructions and submit the information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the event or announcement to appear on the site. Are posting by residents or other individuals regulated or reviewed? All postings are first reviewed by the staff at connectingneighbors.com for objectionable material or content prior to final posting. Any postings which may be questionable are forwarded to me for review and final approval. In the case of a disapproval of a particular posting, I will contact the person with an explanation of why the posting was not permitted and work with them to develop an acceptable posting or try to suggest alternative ways of communicating the message. The Homeowner’s Association or Management may provide input to the site sponsor. Is the website free? Yes, the full cost of development and maintenance is paid for by the site sponsor, Julie C.
